Dear Fellow Mud Enthusiasts,
As you may have heard we here at 4x4 Proving Grounds/Go Deep Mud.com are in the midst of a major expansion. This expansion will take us from a 16 acre deep mud venue to a 60 acre proving ground with fast track, rock crawling, obstacle course and much more. In order for this to happen we must go through a lengthy permit process on the state and local level. On the local level, the Town of Lebanon, Maine has been more than helpful in this process by granting us a Mass Gathering Permit for our upcoming two-day events in June and August. Unfortunately, the State level permits will take longer than we had anticipated. So…..here’s the deal. We will still be Go Deep Mud.com and put on the same great show as we always have for a little bit longer. This means that you can expect two days of high flying bump in the bog deep mud action here at our present location. We will also be doing Tuff Truck racing and Demo Derby on Sunday. We are also working on a donut contest and burnout pad for these events. We deeply regret that we cannot offer the rock crawling course, the mud drag course and all of the other events that the new property was to offer until the State permit process is complete. The admission price will remain the same at $10 per day ($20 for the weekend). Children 12 and under are free as always. You can join us as early as Friday evening, June 14th, for this two-day event. Camping will be allowed for anyone who wants to stay overnight at no charge. Vendors will be on site with food, water, etc. We don’t want anyone to be disappointed about what will be going on at this June 15-16th event, so if you have any questions what so ever please don’t hesitate in calling Kurt on his cell phone, 603.866.0327 or e-mail us at Info@4x4provinggrounds.com.
Thanks for your understanding and continued support!
Kurt & Brenda Zeller

Please be aware that due to safety concerns from all Southern Tier Track Owners we here at 4x4 Proving Grounds will be looking very closely to three things this season...
1) Neutral Safety Switches... Get one and hook it up! We will be giving one warning. The next time... Load it, no racing for you!
2) Mandatory HELMETS & SEATBELTS... All Classes, all ages.
3) Deep Mud Trucks will need a Good, Tough pull out point on the back of the truck so we can hook onto you safely.
I too have raced without 2 of these 3 things, but the sport of Mud Bog Racing is evolving very fast right in front of our eyes and safety must evolve with it. Our aim is not to ruin anyone's weekend or on the safety side... we don't want to ruin anyone's Life either! If you have any questions please call me at 603-866-0327
Thanks, Kurt
